The 12-week course Bodywork Meets The Artist’s Way is designed for artists, expats, and other English-speaking clients.
Under my embodied guidance, through bodywork and the method of the Artist’s Way, this course is co-created with the group and guest facilitators. Focusing on deep transformation, over the 12 weeks we will be practicing a wide variety of body and creative techniques and methods.
The course incorporates core elements of the Artist’s Way while further shaping the process by working with the body in may different ways, including therapeutic breathwork, kundalini activation, (family) constellations, archetypes, role-playing, playful and creative exercises, dance, meditation, group process work, writing and inquiries, and sea diving together. We will also incorporate social presencing theatre (see Arawana Hayashi). In some courses, there may also be options for cacao and mushroom micro ceremonies. Additionally, we will invite a voice expression or boxing facilitator. Homework and access to a support app group are included, which you can join if desired.
We will come together on 9 days: two full days (7 hours), three long half-days (5–6 hours), and four shorter half-days (3–4 hours). The entire program is rooted in my embodied presence and body-oriented therapeutic profession. For added embedment and support, two assistants will be present to guide the group alongside me.
